Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope
    These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between AMA LogTronic and its customers.
  2. Services
    AMA LogTronic provides services, in particular in the following areas:
    • IT Refurbishment
    • Hardware Refurbishment
    • Certified Data Erasure
    • IT Disposal
    • Consulting and Procurement
  1. Conclusion of Contract
    A contract is concluded through individual agreement, written confirmation, or acceptance of an offer.
  2. Customer Obligations
    The customer shall ensure that all information and materials required for the execution of the services are provided in a timely manner.
  3. Prices and Payment Terms
    All prices are net prices plus the applicable statutory value-added tax.
    Payment terms are agreed individually.
  4. Performance of Services
    Services are performed in accordance with the current state of the art and taking into account economic and technical conditions.
  5. Liability
    AMA LogTronic shall only be liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
    To the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for indirect damages, in particular loss of profit or data loss.
  6. Data Erasure and Data Liability
    The customer is responsible for creating backups before handing over IT systems.
    AMA LogTronic assumes no liability for data loss unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
  7. Transport and Logistics
    If transport is organized on behalf of the customer, this is carried out to the best of our knowledge.
    Liability for transport damage exists only within the scope of statutory provisions or specific agreements.
  8. Retention of Title
    Delivered goods remain the property of AMA LogTronic until full payment has been made.
  9. Final Provisions
    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
    The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered office of AMA LogTronic.
