all business relationships between AMA LogTronic and its customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Services<\/strong><br \/>\nAMA LogTronic provides services, in particular in the following areas:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>IT Refurbishment<\/li>\n<li>Hardware Refurbishment<\/li>\n<li>Certified Data Erasure<\/li>\n<li>IT Disposal<\/li>\n<li>Consulting and Procurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Conclusion of Contract<\/strong><br \/>\nA contract is concluded through individual agreement, written confirmation, or acceptance of an offer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer Obligations<\/strong><br \/>\nThe customer shall ensure that all information and materials required for the execution of the services are provided in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prices and Payment Terms<\/strong><br \/>\nAll prices are net prices plus the applicable statutory value-added tax.<br \/>\nPayment terms are agreed individually.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Performance of Services<\/strong><br \/>\nServices are performed in accordance with the current state of the art and taking into account economic and technical conditions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liability<\/strong><br \/>\nAMA LogTronic shall only be liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.<br \/>\nTo the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for indirect damages, in particular loss of profit or data loss.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Erasure and Data Liability<\/strong><br \/>\nThe customer is responsible for creating backups before handing over IT systems.<br \/>\nAMA LogTronic assumes no liability for data loss unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transport and Logistics<\/strong><br \/>\nIf transport is organized on behalf of the customer, this is carried out to the best of our knowledge.<br \/>\nLiability for transport damage exists only within the scope of statutory provisions or specific agreements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retention of Title<\/strong><br \/>\nDelivered goods remain the property of AMA LogTronic until full payment has been made.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Final Provisions<\/strong><br \/>\nThe law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.<br \/>\nThe place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered office of AMA
